Hello and welcome to my website

If you are here I’m sure you are already aware I was Captain of the London 2012 Paralympic GB Wheelchair Rugby Team, but that is not where my story starts or finishes.

As well as playing Wheelchair Rugby I work hard as an Athlete mentor, Public Speaker and TV Presenter. If you are interested in getting in touch then you are in the right place.

Aside from my athletic career I am trained and well practiced as a speaker and mentor. I’ve worked with individuals and groups of all ages and backgrounds, making a positive impact on many an audience. I was voted as a member of the “2015 Power 100: The most influential people in Britain with a disability or impairment” so I must be doing something right?

My TV presenting is normally sport orientated... The Invictas Games on the BBC or the Paralympics on C4. Sometimes the TV work couldn't be further from sport but is always close to my heart... BBC Springwatch for example.

Now you are here please have a look around. If you have any questions or want to send me a message then please do. On this site you can see the work I do and feedback from those I’ve worked with. If you want to see me in action head over to my pictures and videos. Enjoy looking around.
